At Emerson Row, we want every piece you order to feel like the right choice. If something does not work out, our return process is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow, so you can shop with confidence.

Return window
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Item condition
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original packaging, tags, and included materials must be sent back with the item.

How to start a return

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply mention this in your email request. We will be happy to help you find the right replacement.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional business days to complete the transfer.
