How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. This allows us to focus on giving our local customers the best possible experience. If we expand to other regions, we’ll make sure to share the news with our community first.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Simply contact us at support@emersonrow.com and we’ll guide you through every step.
How long do refunds take?
After we’ve approved your return, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post the amount to your account.
